Internal Structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Equipped with a robust setup, the High Pressure Grinding Mill includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available to meet specific demands.
Initially, large materials are expertly crushed by a jaw crusher to optimal particle sizes and then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are then fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Particles meeting fineness standards enter the cyclone collector through a pipe, where they are separated and collected, finally discharged at the discharging valve as finished products. The entire air circulation system operates in a sealed loop, maintaining a regulated positive and negative air pressure.
