The hammer crusher is ingeniously designed with a sturdy frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is expertly crafted from steel plates, divided into upper and lower sections and welded with precision. High manganese steel liners within the frame are replaceable once worn. The rotor assembly consists of a turn plate, pin shafts, and strategically aligned hammers on the main shaft. The motor propels the rotors to rapid rotation within the crushing chamber, with hammers fanning out due to centrifugal force. Larger materials introduced via the feed inlet are vigorously struck, impacted, cut, and ground by high-speed hammers into smaller sizes.

Crushed materials that meet quality standards exit through the grate bar gap, while under-sized material remains within the chamber for further crushing. The final product size is easily adjustable by modifying the grate bars. Additionally, the gap between rotors and grate bars can be fine-tuned to match specific requirements.
