Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience the remarkable efficiency of our grinding mill: As it operates, the grinding rollers dynamically roll within the ring, drawing materials to the turnplate's edge via centrifugal force. Here, a meticulous process of pressing, crushing, and grinding transforms materials within the grinding chambers.
Our high-pressure air blower continuously circulates air within the grinding mill. The resulting airflow, containing crushed materials, reaches the classifier where the high-speed impeller segregates it: particles that do not meet size requirements will descend and be reground. Meanwhile, qualified particles seamlessly journey into the cyclone powder collector. Most commendable powders settle and exit via the discharging valve, while a segment of finer powders accompanies the airflow to the dust cleaner and adheres to filter bags. A sudden pulse of high-pressure gas, expertly controlled by the pulse valve, dislodges these powders, ensuring they descend. This process culminates in the conveyance and packaging of finished powders. Furthermore, filtered air is cleanly expelled via the muffler's air outlet.
