Working Principle of YGM Raymond Grinding Mill

The process begins with large materials being crushed by a jaw crusher into required particle sizes. These are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, from where they are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the primary grinding unit. The resulting fine powder is then carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for sorting. Particles meeting the required fineness are directed to a cyclone collector through pipes, where they are separated and gathered. The finished products are released via a discharging valve, while the airflow circulates back to the blower, maintaining a sealed circulation system under controlled air pressure.
