Working Principle

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is ingeniously composed of a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, each component working in harmony for superior results.

Post hammer crushing, the materials are transformed into smaller sizes, transferred to a storage hopper via elevator, and uniformly distributed onto the turn plate through a vibratory mechanism and inclined feeding pipe, setting the stage for precision grinding.

During operation, the main bearing and corresponding dials are propelled by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, prompting all grinding rollers to roll in the ring channels, powered by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force pushes materials to the turn plate's edge, funneling them into grinding chambers where they undergo repeated cycles of pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, efficiently transforming into micro powder. This continues until impeccably fine micro powder is achieved.

The relentless high-pressure air blower continuously inhales air into the grinding mill, enabling an uninterrupted airflow to carry the finely crushed materials to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller performs a rigorous screening of the airflow: Unqualified particles are returned to the mill for further refinement, while particles meeting the specified standards blend with the air, making their way into the cyclone powder collector. A majority of the qualified powders descend and are discharged from the valve located at the bottom, while a minor fraction, carried by airflow, proceeds to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. The filter bags' sudden vibration, induced by high-pressure gas via the pulse valve, dislodges the powders, which are then collected by a conveyor for packaging as finished products. Clean, filtered air is released through the muffler air outlet, completing the process.
