Working Principle of YGM Series Micro Powder Raymond Mill
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to desired sizes, then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, followed by consistent feeding into the main unit via a vibrating feeder for grinding. The bevel gear propels the central shaft to rotate, linked at the top with a grinding roller hanger. This setup forms a pivot for the grinding roller, enabling rotation around the central shaft and along the grinding ring. itself due to the friction-induced rotation. The grinding roller hanger is equipped with a shovel blade at the bottom, which, along with the grinding roller, tosses and feeds the material between the grinding rollers and ring, creating a bedding layer. This layer produces an outward centrifugal force (an extrusion force) from the rotation of the grinding roller, effectively crushing the materials.The ground powder is elegantly transported by the airflow from the blower to a high-precision classifier, where it is meticulously sorted. Particles meeting the desired fineness gracefully enter the cyclone collector through a seamless pipe, ensuring they are efficiently separated and collected. These particles are then released at the discharging valve, emerging as pristine finished products. The innovative airflow system is a masterpiece of engineering, maintaining a sealed circulation that oscillates under both positive and negative air pressure, ensuring maximum efficiency and eco-friendly operation.
