Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is a marvel of engineering, comprising a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame elegantly divides into two welded steel plate sections for durability. High manganese steel liners within ensure longevity, easily replaceable upon wear. The rotor, replete with turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers, is designed for optimal performance. Driven by a powerful motor, the rotors spin rapidly, and the hammers extend outward due to centrifugal force, ensuring efficient crushing.
As large materials enter the crusher via the feed inlet, they are subjected to the intense power of high-speed hammers-struck, impacted, cut, and finely ground to a smaller size. The Hammer Crusher ensures that only qualified materials exit, screened and sieved through the grate bars. Meanwhile, any unqualified materials are reprocessed until they meet the desired size. For precise control, the gap between rotors and grate bars is adjustable, allowing customization to meet varying requirements.
