Working Principle
 

01 Feeding

Material enters the crusher through the feed opening and falls onto the rotor.
 

02 Impact

The rotor, driven by the motor,
rotates at high speed. When the material falls onto the rotor, it is struck by the blow bars. The impact force causes the material to break into smaller particles.
 

03 Crushing Process

(1)Primary Impact: The material first collides with the blow bars, which is the initial crushing process.

(2)Secondary Impact: The initially crushed material is then thrown onto the impact plates for further impact, undergoing a secondary crushing.

(3)Tertiary Impact: In some models, the material may undergo additional impacts to further reduce particle size.
 

04 Discharging

After multiple impacts, the material reaches the desired size and is discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
 

Structure Principle

1. Rotor: The core part of the crusher, usually equipped with several blow bars.

 

2. Impact Rack: A series of impact plates located within the crushing chamber.

 

3. Frame: The main structure that supports and connects other components.

 

4. Motor: Provides the power to rotate the rotor.

 

5. Feed Opening: The entrance where the material enters the crusher.
