Working Principle of the Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
As the grinding mill operates, its rollers roll within the ring, propelling materials to the turnplate's edge. These materials descend into the grinding chambers, where they're continuously pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower perpetually draws air into the grinding mill, propelling the crushed materials towards the classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller meticulously screens the airflow: unqualified particles are returned to the mill for additional grinding, while those meeting the criteria mix with air and are directed to the cyclone powder collector. Here, the majority of qualified powders exit through the discharging valve at the bottom. A minute fraction of fine powders, however, journeys towards the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bag surfaces. This adherence is disrupted by the filter bags' sudden vibration, triggered by instant high-pressure gas ejected by the pulse valve. The materials from both processes are transported via conveyor to be packaged as finished powders. Finally, filtered clean air is released from the muffler's air outlet.
