Product Overview of Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill

With the rapid development of the society economy, the traditional ultrafine powder processing equipment can no longer meet the market demand and requirements in the ultrafine powder process field due to the low capacity. In this background, having accumulated multiple years' experience in manufacturing mills, Clirik has designed and launched a new-type CLUM series vertical roller mill on the basis of introducing the vertical roller mill technology from Taiwan and Germany, which integrates the functions of grinding, classifying, conveying, secondary classifying, and packing progress into one machine. Its powder fineness can reach 400-3000 mesh. The CLUM mill breaks through the bottleneck of low capacity mentioned herein. Over 5 years' development, more than 30 ultrafine powder production lines have been installed worldwide.

plate turn rotary, the rollers are rotated passively by friction force after touch the materials.

·Classifier
Multi-rotor classifier, utilize the rotated centrifugal force to separate the fine powder during the continuous process. It is a highly-efficient and energy-saving powder separating device.

Working Principle of Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill
 
·grinding process
The grinding plate is rotated by the main motor via the reduction gear. Meanwhile, high pressure air enters the mill interior via the air inlet. Materials then fall onto the center of the grinding plate in rotation by the screw conveyor feeder. Due to the centrifugal force, the materials evenly move from the center of the grinding plate towards its fringe. While passing across the track in the grinding plate, large blocks of materials are crushed and grinded directly by the grinding roller. The fine particles form the material bed, owing to squeezing, where the inter-particle crushing takes place until grind to the fine powder.

The fine powder gracefully continues its journey towards the edge of the grinding plate, ultimately being whisked away by a robust and invigorating airflow at the air ring. As the material, escorted by this dynamic air current, travels through the separator situated above the grinding plate, coarser particles are efficiently redirected back to the grinding plate, ensuring thorough re-pulverization. Propelled by the precise action of the rotor blade, the fine particles seamlessly exit the mill's interior, carried gently by the air flow. These particles are then meticulously collected and discharged. Ultimately, these fine particles emerge as a pristine finished powder product, carefully retrieved by the powder collector.

The roller shell and grinding disc liner plate are dual-protected by both electronic and mechanical caging devices to ward off heavy vibration and impact. The reducer box and lubrication system are outfitted with multiple inspection and protection devices.
