Working Principle

Experience the efficiency of our machinery: large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to desired sizes, then transported by bucket elevator to the storage hopper. Consistent feeding into the main unit is achieved by a vibrating feeder, facilitating smooth grinding. The resulting powder is conveyed by blower airflow to a classifier for precise classification. Finer particles proceed to a cyclone collector for separation and collection, subsequently discharged as finished products. The entire system is a self-contained air circulation network operating under both positive and negative pressure, ensuring optimal performance.

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
