As the rotors whirl, centrifugal force propels hammers outward, effectively reducing large materials into smaller sizes through impact, cutting, and grinding processes.

Materials meeting the desired size exit through the grate bars' gaps, while others are retained for further processing. The final product size is adaptable by adjusting the grate bars or the gap between rotors and grate bars, catering to specific requirements.
