Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

The machine is crafted with precision and includes the motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system.

The grinding disc is powered by a motor through a reducer. Material is fed onto the disc and driven to the edge by centrifugal force, where it's finely ground by rollers. Hot air transports the fine powders to a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powders are collected, while unqualified ones are reprocessed for optimal fineness.

Product Application

Ultrafine vertical roller millis adept at grinding materials with a Moh's hardness under 7, including quartz, dolomite, feldspar, and calcite. It's especially effective for slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal, making it a versatile choice for diverse applications.
