At the core, the grinding plate rotates under the impetus of the main motor via the reduction gear, while high-pressure air streams into the mill. Materials are precisely fed onto the center of the rotating plate by a screw conveyor. Centrifugal force guides the materials outward from the center to the edge of the grinding plate. As they traverse the grinding path, substantial material blocks are crushed and ground by the grinding roller. The resultant fine particles form a material bed, undergoing inter-particle crushing until they are transformed into ultrafine powder, delivering quality results with every operation.

The exquisite fine powder gracefully migrates to the edges of the grinding plate, gracefully swept away by the powerful air current at the air ring. As these materials, accompanied by the air flow, ascend through the separator above the grinding plate, the heavier coarse particles are naturally guided back for an additional round of precise re-pulverization.
