The grinding plate, powered by the main motor and reduction gear, rotates to facilitate the milling process. High-pressure air enters the mill's interior, and materials are fed via a screw conveyor. These materials are evenly distributed across the grinding plate by centrifugal force. As they traverse the plate, large material blocks are crushed by the grinding rollers, forming a fine material bed. This inter-particle crushing within the material bed results in a finely grinded powder, showcasing the mill's superior processing capabilities.

Watch as the fine powder gracefully advances towards the edge of the grinding plate, only to be swept away by a vigorous air current at the air ring. As these materials, carried by the air flow, journey through the separator perched above the grinding plate, the larger particles are redirected back for further refinement. Thanks to the dynamic action of the rotor blade, the fine particles, carried by the air flow, make their exit from the mill's interior, ready to be collected and discharged.
