Discover the Advanced Working Principle of the HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a comprehensive system, intricately crafted with components like the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, and blower. Experience seamless integration with a muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

The process starts as large materials, once crushed by the hammer crusher, are reduced to smaller sizes. These are transported by elevator to a storage hopper, then precisely distributed via a vibrating feeder to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate.

During operation, the grinding mill's main bearing and each dial are energized by the electromotor through a reducer, propelling all grinding rollers. These rollers traverse the ring channels, driven by a dial through a plunger. Centrifugal force pushes materials to the edge of the turn plate, leading them into the grinding chambers. Within these chambers, materials undergo a rigorous process of pressing, crushing, and grinding until they transform into micro powder. The transformation into micro powder continues uninterrupted, perfecting the material's finesse.

The high-pressure air blower ensures a consistent airflow, drawing air through the grinding mill, which in turn, carries crushed materials to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller screens the airflow with precision: Particles failing to meet size requirements are returned for further grinding, while those that qualify proceed into the cyclone powder collector, accompanied by the airflow. The majority of qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valve located at the base; a modest fraction of fine powders, transported by airflow, proceeds to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bag surfaces. A sudden filter bag vibration, prompted by instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve, causes these fine powders to descend. Materials from both processes are conveyed to complete packaging of finished powders. Finally, pristine air is released from the muffler's air outlet.
