Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
The motor transmits power via a belt, driving the moving jaw into periodic motion towards a fixed jaw through an eccentric shaft. As the toggle plate and moving jaw plate's angle increases, the mobile jaw advances.

 

Subsequently, the mobile jaw approaches the fixed jaw, initiating the crushing process. Once the moving jaw retreats and the angle decreases, aided by a pulling rod and spring, the crushed material exits through the outlet.
