Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer crusher is engineered with precision and efficiency. It primarily comprises a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is cleverly split into an upper and a lower section, securely welded from steel plates for durability. Inside, high manganese steel liners provide lasting protection and can be easily replaced when worn. The rotor is an intricate assembly of a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, systematically arranged on the main shaft. Powered by a motor, the rotor spins with velocity, utilizing centrifugal force to propel the hammers outward in the crushing chamber.
As large materials enter the crusher via the feed inlet, they are subjected to intense striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by the rapidly rotating hammers, transforming them into smaller sizes. Crushed materials that meet size requirements are filtered and exit through the grate gaps, while others remain for further refinement until they conform to the desired specifications. The final output's size is adjusted by modifying the grate bars, and the gap between rotors and bars can be tailored to meet diverse needs.
This high-speed rotary hammer crusher excels in industries like metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, and beyond. It adeptly handles both hard and soft ores, reducing them to medium or small sizes. Capable of processing up to 100 distinct materials, including barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo, coal, and slag.
