Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer crusher is an ingenious engineering masterpiece, featuring a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Its frame, meticulously divided into an upper and lower part via precision welding of steel plates, houses replaceable high manganese steel liners. The rotor assembly, composed of a turn plate, pin shafts, and meticulously grouped hammers, is propelled into swift rotation by an energetic motor, causing the hammers to extend outward due to centrifugal force.
Incoming large materials make a grand entrance into the crusher via the feed inlet and undergo a transformative process of striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed hammers, achieving a refined smaller size. Suitable materials are tactfully screened out and exit through the grate bars' gap, while materials not meeting the standards remain for further refinement until they reach the desired size. The final product size is expertly controlled by adjusting the grate bars and the gap between the rotors, tailored to meet specific requirements.
