Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
The prestigious HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a marvel of engineering, comprising a main unit, a sophisticated classifier, efficient powder collector, dust cleaner, high-performance blower, muffler for noise reduction, sound-proof room for quiet operation, robust crusher, reliable bucket elevator, spacious storage hopper, and a precise vibrating feeder.
Once the large materials are expertly crushed by the hammer crusher, they are elegantly transformed into smaller fragments and seamlessly transported to the storage hopper by the elevator. From there, they are precisely metered onto the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by the meticulously designed vibrating feeder and the strategically inclined feeding pipe, ensuring smooth and even distribution.
During the operational phase of the grinding mill, the main bearing and each dial are expertly driven by the main equipment's electromotor via an efficient reducer. This mechanical synergy sets all the grinding rollers into motion, allowing them to roll effortlessly within the ring channels, propelled by the dial through the plunger mechanism. The materials are expertly guided to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force, gracefully descending into the grinding chambers, where they undergo a rigorous process of being repeatedly pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers. This intricate multi-layered process ensures that materials are meticulously crushed and ground, continuously into a fine micro powder, achieving the desired consistency and quality.
The high-pressure air blower plays a pivotal role by constantly drawing air into the grinding mill, creating an enveloping airflow that carries the crushed materials towards the classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller diligently screens the airflow: particles that fail to meet the stringent size criteria fall back to the mill for further refinement, while those that pass the rigorous assessment are carried with the air into the efficient cyclone powder collector. The majority of these refined powders descend gracefully to exit through the discharging valve at the base; meanwhile, a smaller fraction, carried by the airflow, reaches the dust cleaner. Here, they adhere to the filter bags' surfaces only to be dislodged by the sudden, high-pressure gas pulses from the pulse valve, ensuring a clean operation.
