Innovative Working Principle of the Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is ingeniously engineered with a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is meticulously divided into two segments, upper and lower, expertly welded from robust steel plates. High manganese steel liners within the frame ensure durability and are easily replaceable once worn. The rotors, comprising turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers, are systematically arranged along the main shaft. Driven by the motor, the rotors whirl rapidly within the crushing chamber, propelling hammers outward due to centrifugal force, ensuring efficient crushing action.
Large materials are introduced into the crusher and undergo a transformation as they are struck, impacted, cut, and pulverized into smaller sizes by the high-velocity hammers. Once materials achieve the desired size, they pass through the grate bars' gap, while those unqualified linger for further hammering until they meet the standard size. Adjusting the grate bars modifies the final product size, and the rotor-grate bar gap can be fine-tuned for varying requirements.
The Hammer Crusher is a powerhouse device utilizing high-speed rotary hammers to effectively crush materials. It finds its prime application across industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, and ceramics, reducing ores from hard to soft into medium or small sizes. With the capability to process over 100 different materials including barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo, coal, and slag, it stands unrivaled in versatility.
