Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
The illustrious HGM series micro powder grinding mill boasts an impressive ensemble of components, including a main unit, sophisticated classifier, efficient powder collector, dust cleaner, robust blower, and a noise-reducing muffler. Additionally, it incorporates a sound-proof room, powerful crusher, reliable bucket elevator, spacious storage hopper, and a versatile vibrating feeder.
Once the hammer crusher finely crushes the large materials to smaller sizes, they are gracefully transported to the storage hopper via the elevator. From there, these particles are evenly distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through the precise action of the vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
In the dynamic operation of the grinding mill, the main bearing and each dial are expertly driven by the electromotor of the primary equipment through a dedicated reducer, ensuring that the grinding rollers seamlessly roll within the ring channels. This motion is achieved by the dial's influence via the plunger, propelling the materials to the edge of the turn plate. Consequently, centrifugal force drives them down into the grinding chambers where they undergo a rigorous process of being pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the rollers. This consistent action ensures that the materials descend into multiple layers, each subjected to further crushing and grinding until they are transformed into exquisite micro powder.
The powerful high-pressure air blower continuously draws in air within the grinding mill, creating a perpetual flow of air that carries the finely crushed materials to the advanced classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller assiduously screens the airflow such that: particles not meeting the quality standards fall back for regrinding, while those with the desired size, whisked with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these qualified powders gently descend and exit through the discharging valve at the base. Meanwhile, a select fraction of the fine powders, entwined with airflow, advances to the dust cleaner. Here, they adhere to the filter bags' surface, and upon the sudden vibration induced by a controlled expulsion of high-pressure gas-regulated by the pulse valve-these particles release. The collective materials from both processes are adeptly conveyed at the bottom to culminate in finished powder packaging. Moreover, the purified air, having undergone filtration, exits unperturbed from the muffler's air outlet.
