Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill comes equipped with a meticulously crafted standard configuration, featuring a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and essential piping. To further enhance your operations, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available.
Large raw materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to desired particle sizes, transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is conveyed by blower-generated airflow to the classifier and then directed to the cyclone collector for separation and collection. Finished products are discharged via the discharging valve. The entire airflow system is enclosed in a sealed circulation, operating under both positive and negative air pressure conditions.
