Working Principle

Large materials are meticulously crushed by the jaw crusher to the desired particle sizes. These are then elevated by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder evenly and continuously feeds them into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to a classifier for sorting. Particles meeting the required fineness enter a cyclone collector through a pipe and are separated and collected. The finished products are discharged at the discharging valve, while airflow is drawn back to the blower through a return pipe at the top of the cyclone collector. This entire airflow system operates in a sealed circuit under both positive and negative air pressure for optimal performance.

• Triple vibrating damping for working stability

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
 

Components

The standard configuration of the CLRM enhanced roller grinding mill includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, electrical cabinet, and pipes. For improved versatility, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available.
