Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
Crafted with precision, it comprises a robust motor, efficient reduction gear, durable grinding rollers, a state-of-the-art grinding plate, a pressure-applying device, a high-performance classifier, a sturdy mill body, a reliable oil station, and an advanced electrical system.
The grinding disc, driven by a powerful motor through a reducer, receives materials from the feed opening. Using centrifugal force, materials are pushed to the disc's edge, crushed into ultrafine powders by the rollers. Hot air from the nozzle captures the fine powder, guiding it to a high-efficiency classifier, where qualified powders are whisked away to the powder collector, while unqualified powders are returned for further refinement.
