Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is meticulously designed to include key components such as the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, large materials are crushed by a hammer crusher into smaller pieces, then transported to the storage hopper via elevator. A vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe ensure even distribution to the upper plate of the turning plate.

During operation, the main bearing and dials are powered by the main electromotor through a reducer, causing all grinding rollers to move in the ring channels driven by the dial via plunger. Centrifugal force guides materials to the turn plate's edge, subsequently descending into the grinding chambers where they endure repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, continuously transforming into micro powder as they fall through multiple layers. resulting in the production of ultra-fine micro powder.

A powerful high-pressure air blower draws air consistently into the grinding mill, creating a dynamic airflow that carries the finely crushed materials to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller meticulously screens the airflow: particles not meeting standards are recirculated for regrinding, while those that qualify continue with the air to reach the cyclone powder collector. The majority of approved powders are collected and exit through a discharging valve located at the base. A fraction of fine powders, carried by airflow, reaches the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. Sudden vibrations, triggered by high-pressure gas from a pulse valve, dislodge these powders. Both powder batches are then conveyed for packaging. Clean air is ultimately expelled through the muffler's air outlet.
