Working principle

Harnessing the power of striking energy, the Impact Crusher efficiently disintegrates materials, ensuring optimal performance.

1.Upon activation, the motor drives the rotor at high speeds, precisely positioning the blow bar for maximum impact.

2.Once materials enter the impact zone of the blow bar, they are forcefully propelled against impact devices surrounding the rotor, initiating a powerful crushing cycle.

3.High-speed forces rebound material from the impact liner back into the blow bar's realm, continuing the crushing action until the desired size is achieved.

4.Adjustable clearance between the impact rack and rotor allows for precise control over the final product's size and shape, ensuring tailored results.
