Working Principle

The Small Mobile Coal Crusher Machines are ingeniously designed to maximize efficiency and performance. They are composed of a robust frame, a uniquely engineered eccentric shaft, precision-crafted jaw plates, a sturdy connecting bar, an advanced adjustment part, and a durable spring. As the motor powers the belt and belt wheel, the machine's movable jaw rises and descends via the eccentric shaft. The angle between the movable jaw and the bracket enlarges as the jaw ascends, effectively pressing the movable jaw plate against the fixed jaw plate. This action results in the seamless crushing of materials as the movable jaw engages. As the jaw descends, the angle contracts, and the cleverly designed spring and connecting bars facilitate the separation of the movable jaw plate from the fixed one. Consequently, crushed materials meeting the required specifications are seamlessly released from the crushing cavity.
