Working Principle

The process begins with large materials being expertly crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size. These are then meticulously transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From here, a vibrating feeder ensures a consistent feed into the main unit for grinding. The resultant fine powder is carried by blower airflow to the classifier, where it's precisely sorted. Particles meeting the fineness criteria journey through a cyclone collector, where they are efficiently separated, collected, and discharged as finished products. A sophisticated sealed circulation system ensures seamless airflow, operating under finely-balanced positive and negative air pressure.

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
