Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The sophisticated High Pressure Grinding Mill includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional enhancements such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available to further boost efficiency.
Large materials undergo initial crushing by the jaw crusher to achieve requisite particle sizes. These are then elevated to the storage hopper and fed uniformly by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resultant powdered material is directed by airflow from the blower to the classifier for grading. Particles meeting the fineness criteria are collected through the cyclone collector. The sealed airflow system circulates under variable air pressure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
