Working Principle

Experience the advanced grinding process where large materials are finely crushed by a jaw crusher to the required particle size. A bucket elevator seamlessly transports them to the storage hopper, ready to be evenly fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for precision grinding. The grinded powder is efficiently carried by a blower's airflow to the classifier for precise classification. Particles meeting fineness standards are then directed to the cyclone collector, where they are expertly separated and collected. The resulting fine powder is discharged via the valve as finished products. Enjoy seamless airflow circulation from the blower to the cyclone collector, ensuring efficiency and quality under both positive and negative air pressure.

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
