Hammer Crusher is a powerful equipment utilizing high-speed rotary hammers to effectively crush materials. Working Principle of Hammer Crusher
The hammer crusher is ingeniously designed with a sturdy frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame itself is intelligently divided into an upper and a lower part, welded from precision-cut steel plates. High manganese steel liners within the frame are easily replaceable once worn. The rotor assembly, comprising turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers, is strategically grouped along a main shaft. Driven by the motor, the rotors rapidly rotate within the crushing cavity, enabling hammers to splay outward due to centrifugal force. As large materials enter through the feed inlet, they are skillfully stricken, impacted, cut, and ground into smaller sizes. As a testament to its efficiency, only qualified, crushed materials pass through the grate bars to exit, while unqualified materials remain for further reduction. Adjustable grate bars allow customization of the final product size, with the rotor-grate bar gap also being modifiable to meet varying requirements.
