Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a marvel of engineering, comprising of a main unit, an efficient classifier, a sophisticated powder collector, a reliable dust cleaner, a powerful blower, a muffler for noise reduction, a sound-proof room for quiet operation, a robust crusher, a bucket elevator, a spacious storage hopper, and a vibrating feeder for optimal material flow.
Post hammer crusher processing, the large materials are expertly reduced to smaller sizes, subsequently transported to the storage hopper via the elevator. These materials are then meticulously distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and a precisely angled feeding pipe, ensuring a seamless transition into the milling process.
In operation, the grinding mill's main bearing and each dial are driven with precision by the main equipment's electromotor through a high-performance reducer. All grinding rollers are engaged in a synchronized motion within the ring channels, propelled by the dial through a plunger. The centrifugal force effectively guides the materials to the edge of the turn plate, allowing them to descend into the grinding chambers where they undergo repeated processes of pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. The materials then cascade into multiple layers, continuously being crushed and ground into a fine micro powder, achieving the desired consistency.
A high-pressure air blower maintains a steady intake of air within the grinding mill, facilitating a dynamic airflow that carries the finely crushed materials to the classifier. The classifier's high-speed impeller provides precise screening of the airflow: Particles not meeting the quality standards are returned for additional grinding, while those that meet the criteria are seamlessly directed into the cyclone powder collector, mixed with air. The majority of these qualified powders descend and exit gracefully through the discharge valve situated at the bottom. Meanwhile, a select portion of finer powders travels with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags' surfaces. These fine powders are dislodged by the filter bags' sudden vibration, triggered by the pulse valve-controlled high-pressure gas. The collected materials are then conveyed to the bottom for final packaging, ensuring that the finished powders are completed to perfection. Additionally, the process ensures that filtered clean air is efficiently released through the muffler's air outlet.
