Working Principle
This innovative machine operates through a powerful motor driving a belt and belt wheel, causing the movable jaw to move upward and downward via an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw ascends, it forms a larger angle with the bracket, pressing the movable jaw plate closely against the fixed jaw plate. This motion enables the efficient crushing of materials. Conversely, as the movable jaw descends, the angle becomes smaller, releasing the crushed materials.
Thanks to the spring force and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate departs from the fixed jaw plate, allowing appropriately sized crushed materials to exit the crushing cavity. Continuous motor rotation ensures that the movable jaw repeatedly crushes and discharges materials, facilitating seamless mass production.
