With grace, the fine powder journeys to the grinding plate's edge, where they are swept away by the robust air flow at the air ring. As materials ascend through the separator above the grinding plate, the rotor blade's precision ensures that coarse particles return for re-pulverization, while the fine particles are whisked away by the air flow to emerge as the finished powder product, collected with finesse.

Powder Production Process Flow
Our production process is a symphony of precision. Raw materials begin their journey on the feeding belt conveyor, released from the raw material hopper with calculated weight control by the belt scale. As the iron remover ensures purity by eliminating tramp iron, materials ascend via elevator, passing through the air lock valve and screw conveyor into the mill interior for pulverization. Post-pulverization, the powder, refined by the classifier, is embraced by the tank-type pulse dust collector, then gracefully transported by the screw conveyor and discharge valve to the final product hopper, ready for packaging and sale.
Occasionally, a small contingent of coarse materials, affectionately termed "slag," is redirected back to the mill unit, ensuring they are grinded to perfection through reprocessing.
Safety is integral: the iron remover on the feeding belt conveyor is a sentinel, safeguarding the ultrafine vertical roller mill's seamless operation.
