Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

Our ultrafine vertical roller mill is ingeniously composed of a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and an advanced electrical system.

The grinding disc, powered by a motor through a reducer, gracefully receives material from the feed opening. Driven by centrifugal force to the edge of the disc, materials transform into fine powders under the crushing force of rollers. These powders embark on a journey carried by hot air to a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powders are whisked away by air to a powder collector, while unqualified ones are returned for further refinement.

Product Application

Ultrafine vertical roller millcapably grinds non-flammable and non-explosive substances below a Moh's hardness of 7. Ideal for materials including quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and more. Particularly excels with slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
