Working principle of Barite stone powder grinding machine
After initial crushing by a hammer crusher, large materials are transformed into small ones, sent to a storage hopper via elevator, and then precisely fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. Once activated, the grinding mill's main bearing and dials are powered by an electromotor via a reducer. All grinding rollers move seamlessly within the ring channels, driven by dials through plungers. The materials are effortlessly propelled to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force and descend into the grinding chambers. High-pressure air blowers continuously draw in air, causing the airflow, along with crushed materials, to flow towards a classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller sifts the airflow: particles not meeting the desired size return to the mill for further grinding, while qualified particles are whisked away with air to a cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders gracefully exit via the bottom discharging valve, while a slight amount of fine powders, carried by airflow, progresses to the dust cleaner. Finally, materials from both batches are transported by a conveyor to be packed as finished powders. Additionally, filtered clean air is gently released from the muffler at the process's conclusion.
