Internal Structure & Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The High Pressure Grinding Mill’s standard configuration includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your setup with optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, feeder.

Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle size, then transported via bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they are fed uniformly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Particles that meet the fineness criteria are transported through a pipe to the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. The finished products are discharged through the discharging valve, while the airflow is drawn into the blower via the return pipe at the top of the cyclone collector. This entire airflow system functions as a sealed circulation, operating under both positive and negative air pressure.
