The hammer crusher is engineered with a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Divided into upper and lower sections, the frame is meticulously crafted from steel plates. The high manganese steel liners safeguard the structure and can be easily replaced. The rotor assembly, featuring a strategically arranged turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, operates with precision. Powered by a motor, the rotors swiftly rotate within the crushing cavity. Hammers extend outwards due to centrifugal force, engaging large materials that enter through the inlet. These materials are efficiently impacted, cut, and ground by high-speed hammers, reducing them to smaller sizes.

Crushed materials that meet the required standards are screened and exit through the grate bars. Unqualified materials remain in the cavity, undergoing further hammering until they reach the desired size. The final product size can be easily adjusted by modifying the grate bars, as well as the gap between the rotors and the grate bars, catering to various requirements.
