Working Principle of Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
Power is transmitted through a belt, driving the moving jaw to perform periodic movements towards the fixed jaw, enabled by the eccentric shaft. As the moving jaw advances, the angle between the toggle plate and moving jaw plate widens.

 

This motion allows the mobile jaw to move towards the fixed jaw, crushing material in its path. When the moving jaw retracts, the angle diminishes, and the moving jaw is pulled away from the fixed jaw by a rod and spring, allowing the crushed material to be discharged.
