1. This compact stone powder jaw crusher is perfectly suited for crushing a variety of materials, including high hardness, medium hardness, and soft rocks and ores.

Working Principle of the Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
Driven by a robust motor, the crusher's jaw is propelled in a periodic motion towards the fixed jaw via an eccentric shaft, ensuring a precise crushing process. As the mobile jaw advances, the angle between the toggle plate and moving jaw plate expands.

 

This motion forces the mobile jaw towards the fixed jaw, effectively crushing the material. Upon the mobile jaw's downward motion, it retracts, releasing the crushed material through the outlet with the help of a pulling rod and spring.
