Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Engage in a seamless operation where grinding rollers circulate within a ring, effortlessly guiding materials to the turnplate's edge. Centrifugal force propels them into the grinding chambers, where they undergo pressing, crushing, and grinding by the tireless rollers.
The high-pressure air blower continuously channels air into the grinding mill, creating a dynamic airflow that transports crushed materials to the classifier. The high-speed impeller meticulously screens the airflow; unqualified particles return for regrinding, while qualified particles, mingling with air, progress to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders elegantly descend and exit through the discharge valve, while finer particles advance to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. A sudden pulse of high-pressure gas triggers the filter bags to vibrate, releasing clinging powders. Materials converge to be transformed into finished, packaged powders. Clean, filtered air quietly escapes from the muffler's outlet.
