Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

The engineering marvel primarily comprises a robust motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and a sophisticated electrical system.

At its core, the grinding disc is propelled by a motor via a reducer. Materials cascade onto the disc from the feed opening. Propelled to the disc's periphery by centrifugal force, they are crushed into fine powders by the rollers. Subsequently, hot air from the nozzles elevates the fine powder to an efficient classifier. The air then transports the qualified powder to a collector, while any unqualified particulates return for further grinding.

Ideal for quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore quartz, it is particularly adept for materials like slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
