Working Principle of Mining Used Rock Stone Hammer Mill Crusher

The hammer crusher comprises a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Featuring a dividable frame (upper and lower parts) welded by precisely cut steel plates, it incorporates high manganese steel liners that can be replaced when worn. The rotors, including the turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, are systematically arranged along the main shaft. The motor induces rapid rotation in the crushing cavity, propelling the hammers outward due to centrifugal force. As large materials enter through the feed inlet, they are subjected to impact, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed hammers, reducing them to smaller sizes.

Qualified materials, once crushed, are screened and discharged through the grate bars' gap, while unqualified materials remain in the crushing cavity for further processing until they meet size standards. The final product size can be tailored by adjusting the grate bars, with the gap between the rotors and grate bars customizable as per specific requirements.
