The hammer crusher's ingenious design features a frame separated into upper and lower parts, crafted from robust steel plates. High manganese steel liners ensure durability, while rotors with turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers enable efficient crushing. Driven by a powerful motor, the rotors spin rapidly, using centrifugal force to hurl hammers outward. As materials enter, they're efficiently crushed and resized.

Once materials reach the desired size, they're screened and exit through the grate bars' gaps. Unqualified pieces remain in the crushing cavity for additional processing, ensuring only standards-compliant output. Adjustable grate bars and rotor-to-bar gaps provide customization options to meet diverse needs.
