Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a sophisticated assembly comprising the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder. This intricate setup ensures seamless operation for grinding excellence.
Once the hammer crusher has reduced the large materials into smaller pieces, they are efficiently lifted to the storage hopper by an elevator. From there, a precise distribution occurs as the vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe guide the materials to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate.
During the operation, the grinding mill's main bearing and each dial are energized by the electromotor of the main equipment, working through a reducer. This intricate mechanism ensures that all grinding rollers are activated. These rollers skillfully roll within the ring channels, driven by the dial via a plunger mechanism. The centrifugal force pushes the materials to the edge of the turn plate, directing them into the grinding chambers. In these chambers, a rigorous process unfolds as the materials face repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the robust rollers, descending through multiple layers for thorough pulverization. This continuous action transforms the materials into ultra-fine micro powder, achieving the desired precision.
The high-pressure air blower plays a crucial role, constantly drawing air into the grinding mill. This action creates a dynamic airflow, which carries the finely crushed materials towards the classifier, where a high-speed impeller efficiently screens the airflow: Particles that do not meet the rigorous size criteria are returned to the mill for further grinding, while those that meet specifications are seamlessly transported with the airflow to the cyclone powder collector. In the cyclone powder collector, most of the qualified powders descend and exit effortlessly from the discharging valve. Meanwhile, a small portion of fine powders is carried along with the airflow to the dust cleaner, where they adhere to the filter bags. A sudden vibration, induced by a high-pressure gas pulse, dislodges these powders, allowing them to fall. These collected materials are then conveyed for final packaging. Furthermore, all emissions of air are purified, thanks to the efficient muffler system, ensuring clean air release.
