Working Principle of the Dynamic Clirik PE Series Jaw Crusher
The motor, via a belt, energizes the moving jaw to engage in periodic motion towards a fixed jaw, driven by the eccentric shaft. This dynamic increases the angle between the toggle and moving jaw plates, setting the crushing in motion.

 

As the mobile jaw advances towards the fixed counterpart, the material is meticulously crushed. Upon the decrease of the angle when the jaw descends, the moving jaw retracts from the fixed jaw, aided by a pulling rod and spring, smoothly releasing the final crushed product through the outlet.
