Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our meticulously engineered High Pressure Grinding Mill features a comprehensive standard configuration that includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance its capabilities with optional accessories like the crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed to optimal particle sizes by a jaw crusher, then efficiently transferred by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. They are subsequently fed continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The refined powder is swept by airflow from the blower to a classifier for sorting, with appropriately fine particles entering the cyclone collector for separation and collection, eventually ready as finished products at the discharging valve. The entire air system operates under a sealed circulation, dynamically adjusting under positive and negative air pressure.
