Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Harnessing centrifugal force, the grinding mill's rollers revolve with precision within the ring. As materials reach the edge of the turnplate, they descend into the grinding chambers where they are consistently compressed, crushed, and ground to perfection.
A high-pressure air blower perpetually draws air into the grinding mill, directing airflow along with the crushed materials to a classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller meticulously screens the particles. Unqualified particles are recirculated for further grinding, while qualified ones proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these refined powders are expelled through the discharging valve, while finer particles adhere to filter bags, eventually dislodged by abrupt, high-pressure gas bursts. Subsequently, the collected materials are conveyed for final packaging, with filtered air safely vented through the muffler outlet.
