Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is engineered with an innovative design, featuring a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is crafted in two parts, both meticulously welded from precision-cut steel plates. Inside the frame, high manganese steel liners are replaceable once worn. The rotor assembly comprises a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, all meticulously aligned along the main shaft. A powerful motor propels the rotors to spin rapidly within the crushing cavity, and the hammers are thrust outward by centrifugal force, maximizing impact.
Upon entry, large materials are subjected to striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by high-velocity hammers, reducing them to smaller sizes. Once crushed to the desired specification, they pass through the grate bars, while oversized materials remain for further reduction. The final output size is controllable by adjusting the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and grate bars is customizable to meet specific requirements.
This hammer crusher leverages high-speed rotary hammers to deliver powerful crushing capabilities, ideal for industries including metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory, and ceramics. It effectively crushes both hard and soft ores into medium or small sizes, including materials like barite, limestone, gypsum, terrazzo, coal, slag, and up to 100 more varied types.
